Question: How can I help?
Answer: We are always looking for new volunteers and sponsors to help us out every year. There are many different things that need to be done in order to run a haunted house. From the purchasing of props & costumes, to the planning, building, painting, acting, crowd control, and other large tasks that are needed to keep our haunt running smoothly. If you are interested in helping out in any way, please feel free to contact us using the link to the right. We are always looking to expand our haunt family!
Question: Is it scary?
Answer: Yes! Every year we get more scary and more intense. So in past years if we haven’t scared you, come on back and I bet you we’ll get you this time! Also, we don’t recommend our haunt to children under the age of 10 without an adult. This is a haunted attraction and it is meant to be scary! We hate to see parents dragging their small children through the haunt while they cry their eyes out. Don’t bring your kids if you don’t think they can handle it! On a seperate note: If you want to bring your small children through our haunt we will gladly adjust the scare factor so that we do not frighten the little ones. We understand that children are very curious and want to look. Our haunt is for everyone!
Question: Can I bring my kids?
Answer: As stated above, this is a haunted attraction and is meant to scare! In past years we have encouraged parents to bring their children. However, year after year we get more and more scary. We’ve found that some children get very scared while others don’t at all. Although we will not refuse anybody to enter due to age, we ask that you use your digression as a parent to decide if your child can handle it. Let us know if we need to adjust the scare factor of the haunt to accomodate the kids. For smaller children we will automatically alert the actors to not jump out and frighten the little ones.
Question: Will the monsters touch us?
Answer: Our actors are taught not to touch our patrons. However, they may brush up against you on accident, or tap you on the shoulder to get your attention. Other than that, our actors will not touch you.
Question: Can I take photos / video?
Answer: Yes! We encourage people to take photos of our display. However, we do not allow flash photography inside the haunted house. It causes problems with our actors and ruins it for others.
Question: Where should I park?
Answer: We ask that you park across the street in the Methodist Church parking lot across from the haunt. Do not park in the street, this is a very busy road. And since we are near the hospital we do have many emergency vehicles that come down the street. Please be courteous of our neighbors by not parking in their driveways! Violators may be towed at owner’s expense.
Question: Can we get refused admission?
Answer: Yes. We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone for any circumstance. This can be as little as being rude, use of foul langage, or more aggressive behavior like pushing, vulgar actions, weapons of any kind, and ALCOHOL. (This also means if you are intoxicated, we can not and will not be held responsible for any kind of accident)
Question: What if I or my kids chicken out and can't go any further?
Answer: Our actors are told to break character and help you or the kids out to the nearest exit.
Question: How many people do you let in at a time?
Answer: We will let 5 people in at any given time. We ask large crowds to split into smaller groups as it makes it easier for you to walk and it helps prevent blockage inside the haunt.
Question: What happens if I lose something in the haunt?
Answer: Do not stop! After you exit the haunt, notify one of the event staff members. Let us know what you have lost and we will have our staff find it promptly. But we will not stop the show for your lost article. If the property is not found during the show times we will look for the item that night and you can leave a contact number or address for us to get a hold of you. We are not responsible for any lost items. There is no guarantee that we can find the item that is lost so please do not bring things into the haunted attraction you don’t want to lose! Do NOT wear your best clothes to a haunt! If you damage or knock something over in the haunt, please let us know, so we can address the problem.
Question: Are restrooms available?
Answer: No. We do not have restrooms for public use.
Question: Is your event indoors or outdoors?
Answer: Our event is outdoors for the most part. Dress accordingly.
Question: Is your event open if it rains?
Answer: It really depends on how bad the weather is. In case of a light sprinkle, yes we will remain open. If there is a down pour, we will be closed and postponed until the next night. Call if you have any questions.
Question: Is the waiting area indoors or outdoors?
Answer: Outdoors. Please be prepared in case of rain.
Question: Do you have strobe lights, loud noises, or fog and is there any health concerns?
Answer: Yes, we do have strobe lights, very loud noises and fog machines. These items have been known to cause epileptic seizures.
